Product and plan availability varies by county, ZIP code, eligibility, and carrier availability. A website inquiry, appointment request, calculator result, or text message does not bind coverage, submit an insurance application, enroll you in a plan, or guarantee eligibility or benefits. Coverage and enrollment require the applicable carrier's procedures and confirmation.
Appointment requests
Submitting a form asks us to follow up by call or email about your inquiry and arrange a conversation. An appointment request is not a confirmed booking until we confirm the details with you. Do not send Social Security numbers, Medicare numbers, insurance policy numbers, financial account information, diagnoses, or treatment details through the website or by text.
Blues Hwy Benefits SMS program
If you separately opt in, Blues Hwy Benefits may send informational text messages about your inquiry, appointments, scheduling updates, and insurance services you requested. This opt-in does not authorize unrelated promotional messages or marketing by other businesses.
Consent and eligibility
SMS consent is optional. The website checkbox is not preselected, and you may submit an appointment request without checking it. Consent is not a condition of purchase. By opting in, you confirm you are authorized to receive texts at the mobile number you provide. Tell us if that number changes or no longer belongs to you. Providing a phone number or requesting a call or email alone is not SMS opt-in.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies. The number of messages depends on your inquiry, scheduling, and requested services. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's plan determines any charges.
Unsubscribe and help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from the SMS program. You may receive one confirmation text acknowledging your opt-out; no further program texts will be sent unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or email mark@blueshwybenefits.com or call (662) 339-3532. You may also contact us directly to withdraw SMS consent. Opting out of texts does not prevent you from requesting service by phone or email.
Delivery limitations
Text-message delivery depends on mobile networks and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on text messages for emergencies, time-sensitive enrollment deadlines, or proof of insurance coverage.
SMS privacy
Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
