Who we are
Blues Hwy Benefits is a public-facing brand operated by The MPE Group LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company. In this policy, “Blues Hwy Benefits,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The MPE Group LLC doing business as Blues Hwy Benefits.
Information we collect
Information you choose to provide
If you request an appointment, we collect your first and last name, telephone number, email address, general coverage situation, who the request is for, optional comments, the source page, and your consent to be contacted. If you choose to discuss an Income Protection Calculator result, a short summary of the figures you entered is carried to the appointment form through your browser’s session storage and submitted with your request. Calculator figures are not placed in the page URL.
Basic website and device information
Our hosting and security providers may automatically process limited technical information such as an Internet Protocol address, browser and device type, requested page, date and time, referring page, and security signals. We use this information to deliver the website, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and maintain security.
Interactive maps
The Home and Contact pages use Google Maps to display our service area. When a map loads or you interact with it, Google may receive device, browser, location, usage, and cookie information under Google’s own privacy terms. You can use the rest of our site without interacting with the map.
Website measurement and conversion events
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate site traffic and performance without placing our own analytics cookies. The site also sends limited same-origin conversion signals for phone-link clicks, successful appointment submissions, and thank-you-page views. If first-party conversion storage is enabled, those records may include the page path and campaign parameters such as UTM source or campaign. They do not include the name, email address, telephone number, ZIP code, form contents, calculator figures, or a cross-site advertising identifier.
How we use information
- Respond to your request and arrange an appointment.
- Call, text, or email you about the specific inquiry you submitted.
- Provide requested Medicare and healthcare coverage information.
- Discuss insurance needs and respond when you ask for help with coverage or an application.
- Operate, secure, maintain, and improve the website.
- Comply with legal, regulatory, licensing, and recordkeeping obligations.
- Protect our visitors, business, systems, and rights.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use a website form to authorize unrelated marketing. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of purchasing insurance.
How form submissions are delivered
Your browser sends the appointment request to a same-origin Blues Hwy Benefits endpoint on Cloudflare. Cloudflare Turnstile checks the request for automated abuse. After server-side validation, the request is recorded in Attio, our customer relationship management system, so Mark can track and respond to the inquiry. FormSubmit provides the separate email-notification path to our business inbox. If FormSubmit cannot accept the server-to-server notification, the browser sends the same validated request directly to FormSubmit as a fallback. A temporary problem with the CRM does not prevent the email path from working, and an email problem does not discard a CRM-recorded inquiry. FormSubmit’s practices are governed by the FormSubmit privacy policy. Attio processes the submitted contact information, inquiry details, source page, and follow-up record as a service provider; its practices are described in the Attio privacy policy. Cloudflare may process technical and security data to host, protect, and measure the site.
When we share information
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website, deliver form submissions, process applications, provide email, host data, maintain systems, or support our business. Application information may also be shared with the insurance carriers you choose to consider. We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect safety or rights, or in connection with a business reorganization. Service providers are permitted to process information only for the services they provide or as otherwise allowed by law.
Retention
We retain inquiries and related communications only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide service, meet legal or regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and protect our business. Retention periods vary based on the type of record and why it is needed. Third-party providers may keep technical or processing records under their own retention policies.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encrypted website connections. No online transmission, email, or storage system is completely secure, so please use the appointment form only for basic contact and scheduling information. Enter insurance application information only after confirming that you are on the intended carrier application page.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit the online form. You may ask us to update or delete contact information, or tell us to stop contacting you, subject to records we must retain by law. To make a request, email mark@blueshwybenefits.com. For information held only by a carrier or another provider, you may also need to contact that provider directly. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
