Blues Highway Benefits is a public-facing brand operated by The MPE Group LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company. In this policy, “Blues Highway Benefits,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The MPE Group LLC doing business as Blues Highway Benefits.

We use this information to deliver the website, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and maintain security.
Interactive maps
The home page uses Google Maps to display our service area. When the map loads or you interact with it, Google may receive device, browser, location, usage, and cookie information under Google’s own privacy terms. You can use the rest of our site without interacting with the map.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use a website form submission to authorize unrelated marketing. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of purchase.
How form submissions are delivered
We use FormSubmit as a form-processing service to route appointment requests to our business inbox. FormSubmit processes the information entered into the form so it can deliver that information by email. Its practices are governed by the FormSubmit privacy policy. Our website is hosted and protected through Cloudflare, which may process technical and security data to provide those services.
When we share information
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website, deliver form submissions, provide email, host data, maintain systems, or support our business. We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect safety or rights, or in connection with a business reorganization. Service providers are permitted to process information only for the services they provide or as otherwise allowed by law.
Retention
We retain inquiries and related communications only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide service, meet legal or regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and protect our business. Retention periods vary based on the type of record and why it is needed. Third-party providers may keep technical or processing records under their own retention policies.

Children’s privacy
This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website.
